Dear Friends:
It has been known as one of the largest outdoor festivals in
Western Pennsylvania. It has a tradition of "Bigger and Better" every year. It is truly unique
and brings more people to Mt. Pleasant than any other event. It is the Mt. Pleasant Glass & Ethnic
Festival. Congratulations! With your continued support as a sponsor, we have successfully reached
our 25th year. A group of Mt. Pleasant neighbors, who formed this committee 26 years ago, want to continue
to operate the festival on the high level of activities and entertainment it has become recognized
for. We are again asking prominent members of our community to help contribute toward and
sponsor the festival. Many of you have expressed a desire to receive this information early
so your sponsorship can be budgeted for 2012. The goal is to raise $40,000. This $40,000 will
allow us to provide necessities such as electrical supplies, various types of entertainment,
and much more. Also these sponsorships help the committees' objective in providing free
admission to all activities and entertainment. With your support we can reach our goal for 2012.
We will know we have been successful in our campaign when we see 40,000 plus people on the
festival streets of Mt. Pleasant enjoying all the activities made possible by your interest
and sponsorship of the Glass & Ethnic Festival. Mark your calendar for the weekend of
September 28, 29 and 30 of 2012. We are looking forward to you becoming friends of the festival and
celebrating our 26th year.

Mount Pleasant Glass and Ethnic Festival
Sponsor Information
The Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival is a non-profit event held in the downtown neighborhood streets of Mt. Pleasant. This is our 25th annual festival,
and the main financial support of the festival is our sponsorship program. This sponsorship supports the following:
FREE ADMISSION * STAR QUALITY ENTERTAINMENT * KIDSFEST
CONTESTS * ADVERTISEMENT * AND MUCH MORE !!!!!!
Your participation as a festival sponsor will proudly label you as a part of the community-oriented group sponsoring one of the largest, and most recognized festivals in the area. Sponsors receive appropriate signage and public address announcements. Sponsors are invited to make a personal appearance at the main event and closing ceremony. A percentage of your contribution dollars will be deducted from booth fees (if applicable).

* Any Sponsorship of $200.00-$499.00 can place a banner at site of your activity or entertainment for the duration of that activity or entertainment.
* Any Sponsorship of $500.00 or more can place a banner (8'X3') on the banner cube for the 3 day weekend. The banner will be placed at the site of activity or
entertainment for the duration of that activity or entertainment.
